Our standard MOQ is 18 metric tonnes (1 container). For first-time partners, we offer a special introductory tier. For micro-lots and rare origins, please contact our sales team directly.

How do you ensure the quality of the beans during shipping? expand_more

We use GrainPro bags inside jute sacks to maintain moisture levels. All containers are lined with moisture-absorbing materials. Every shipment undergoes a final pre-shipment inspection and cupping by our certified Q-Graders.

Do you provide samples before purchase? expand_more

Yes, 300g green bean samples shipped via DHL/FedEx Express. Complimentary for qualified roasters — shipping cost credited back on your first commercial order.

What are your payment terms and shipping Incoterms? expand_more

FOB Jakarta, Surabaya, or Medan. CIF available upon request. 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% against Bill of Lading copy. Credit terms for long-term partners.
